A Very Good copy of this rare English language edition of this book.  Publisher's blue cloth boards with glossy pictorial dustjacket.  A history of this important Italian coachbuilder by the son and partner of its founder.  The text is supported by many excellent documents, photographs, original scale drawings and color plates.  Translated into English by Luca Turin and Brian Williams. 

The author, Carlo Felice Bianchi "Cici" Anderloni (1916–2003) was an Italian automobile designer, who created multiple designs for the Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera company.  He joined his father Felice Bianchi Anderloni (1882–1949) at his company in 1944 after completing his studies, and upon his father's death in 1949 Carlo took charge of the design and production efforts.  The distinctive autobodies designed by Touring Superleggera appeared in models from automobile companies including Alfa Romeo, BMW, Aston Martin, Ferrari, and Lancia.
