Published in conjunction with an exhibition co-organised by the Rubin Museum of Art, New York, and MAS | Museum aan de Stroom, Antwerp, Belgium, and presented at the Rubin Museum of Art from October 17, 2014 to April 13, 2015.  The exhibition was curated by Elena Pakhoutova and Karl Debreczeny.
