• Interior exhibits minimal signs of age and wear.  Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.

A Very Good Plus copy of this collection of poetry from five American poets.  Publilsher's black cloth, ruled and titled in silver.  A spare and elegant volume, birds egg blue pastedowns and end papers, unmarked.  Each section is signed by the author-poet.  

A volume from the Lord John Press, the small press founded by Herb Yellin (1935-2014) in the late 1970s.  Yellin began publishing first editions by his favorite living authors in autographed, limited editions.  The books and broadsides coming out of this Northridge, California operation were soon in demand from discerning book lovers and collectors.  The authors ranged from Eudora Welty to Stephen King, from William Gibson to Samuel Beckett.  

First deluxe edition, specially bound, numbered and signed by each poet.  This is copy 46/50.  Designed and printed by The Castle Press.  Bound by Marianna Blau.
