Softback is overall in VERY GOOD- condition.

• Illustrated wraps with text in black and coral pink border. 
• Wraps show some exposure, wear, smudges, bumps, scuffing, edgewear.  Corners are softened and worn.  See photos.  
• Spine has black text and is creased but bright with chipped ends.
• Binding is secure, front cover is tender, with four-inch split at upper end.  See photos. 
• Illustrations are bright and clear. 
• Interior is gently age-toned, exhibits some marginal toning, light edgewear.  Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.

Original issue Vogue Magazine.  Folio format.  Paper covers with Cover Art by Garcia Benito.  Complete, with interior gently toned.  Wraps show exposure and wear, with edgewear generally, a split at shoulder, and scuffing.  Condition is overall Very Good Minus. 

This is the Early Paris Openings and Brides Number, dated April 1, 1926.  Contents feature illustrations by Marty, Lepape, Erickson, Francis.  Lady Mountbatten frontispiece (pg. 49).  Photographs by Edward Steichen, including a portrait of the Duchess de Gramont, plus two pages with sketches of the wardrobe she brought to America.  Fashion by Molyneux, Jean Patou, Vionnet, Doeuillet, and others.  Art Deco designs and jewelry.  With Vogue Designs for practical dressmaking.

The cover is one of many created by Eduardo Garcia Benito (1891-1981), a Spanish painter and fashion illustrator.  Garcia Benito painted covers for Vogue for fifteen years in the 1920s and 1930s, gaining him international recognition as he captured the soul of Art Deco style.
