• Half bound in red leather and brown cloth
• Spine features four raised bands and gilt lettering
• Binding is secure
• Gilt illustration on front is a bit darkened
• Corners are scuffed
• Two thin scuff marks to upper left of front
• Back cloth is scuffed and stained
• Spine tail shows small piece at bottom right missing with a two inch tear at left edge which has lifted the spine piece
• Small catalog sticker at bottom of spine
• A 4" piece is missing at spine head
• Library sticker on front pastedown
• Card pocket on back pastedown
• Title page shows a 2" tear at lower right that has been fixed with yellow tape
• Title page also shows raised library stamp
• On next two pages there are brief notes in pencil and two small library stamps
• Two Color plates, a silver morning on the lagoon and in the glow of the afternoon, are missing
• Gondola Landing Public Garden is affixed at an angle and San Pietro di Capella is detached with a small tear to upper corner
• Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
