The Return of the Ceteosaurus is the first published collection of stories by Irish author Henry Garnett Radcliffe (1898-1971).  Radcliffe was the author of occasional science fiction, as seen here in the title novella, which pits a huge saurian against a Death Ray. (SF Encyclopedia)  He also wrote detective thrillers under the pseudonym Stephen Travers, and had stories published in Weird Tales, Argosy, and other serials.  Writing in Dark Worlds Quarterly online, G.W. Thomas said of him, "Readers should not expect great Lovecraftian horror from Radcliffe, nor Clark Ashton Smith-esque style.  He was an adventure writer at heart, who sold occasional Science Fiction and Horror pieces."

No publication date given on the title page.  Printed in Great Britain by Dranes Ltd., Ye Sante Bride's Presse, 82a Farringdon Street, London, E.C.4.
