Roeg learned his craft on films such as Lawrence of Arabia then went on to be the cinematographer on films such as Fahrenheit 451, he also worked as a director on movies such as The Man Who Fell to Earth which is covered in a chapter. 295 pages with index. 5.75" by 8.75".
