A very good copy of the second collection of poems by American poet Hart Crane (1899-1932).  The Bridge expressed Crane's ambition to synthesize America, and he intended it to be an uplifting counter to The Waste Land by T.S. Eliot.

The bridge photograph facing the title page is by Walker Evans.
