Includes 172 images illustrating the principle. 22 pages of text + 80 glossy pages of photos, followed by 9 pages of ads. 7.5 x 10.25 inches.

First edition, published by: Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt Stuttgart, Berlin & Leipzig. 1924

Hardback is overall in ACCEPTABLE condition.

• Boards have clear black and red ink on front cover.
• Text and photos are free of marginalia and intentional marks.
• Binding has some play.
• Covers are notably dirty, with hard wear to perims, including bumped corners.
• 1/3 of spine piece is missing in sections. Signatures are visible at spine ends and mid-spine.
• Front and back hinges are detaches about 1" from head and foot.
• Front pastedown has pencil scribbles, old tape, and owners' ID.
• Text and photos are dark and clear.
• A few pages have smudges, and other minimal signs of age.
• Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
