  • Volume displays minor overall wear and aging to covers and interior.
  • Covers feature B&W photograph that wraps around, and exhibit mild edgewear with rubbing and a crease to upper corner on front. (See photos)
  • Spine features black text, and shows some rubbing to both ends, more to head.
  • Binding is secure with minimal play.
  • Color illustrations are on glossy paper. 
  • Interior displays minimal age-toning. 
  • Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks. 
  • Textblock edges show minimal occasional smudging and dust, more to lower corner.
  • DJ looks great behind Mylar.
  • DJ features B&W illustrations and texts, and exhibits some edgewear with overall rubbing and light toning, as well as some creases and small chips at head of spine and shoulders. (See photos)

Dieter Roth was a Swiss artist mostly known for his artist's books, editioned prints, sculptures, and works made of found materials. This volume gathers his drawings, as well as photographic recollections of his records, books, and videos, covering the whole span of his art. The pictorial recollection is explained by the artist in his own words in the preface. 


Part 2. Including supplement to part 1. Lavishly illustrated with full-color and B&W reproductions of the artist's works, as well as B&W photographs. Text is in German with full English translation. Includes a central section of plates, with separate sections for books and graphics, a biography and a list of exhibitions.
