A difficult to compile history record which was created at the occasion of the organization's fiftieth anniversary in celebration of the courage and worth of all who fought in service of the country and distinguished themselves and the organization at many occasions. 272 pages. 5.5 x 8.25 inches.

Hardback is overall in VERY GOOD condition.

  • Bright red cloth covers are mostly clean and well-preserved with title and decoration in bright gilt on front. 
  • Covers show mild to moderate wear from rubbing of edges, corners and back cover.
  • Boards show some wear and dirt mostly on upper edges and upper left corner of front cover.
  • Corners are sharp with some rubbing.
  • Spine has text in gilt with light overall fading and staining and rubbed and softened ends with some chipping of head. (See photos)
  • Binding is overall secure with gutter very slightly loosening between certain pages.
  • Custom pastedowns show some moderate to severe toning, foxing and staining. (See photos)
  • Pastedowns and feps have some overall moderate toning, foxing and staining.
  • Frontispiece is age toned with some moderate staining and has black & white photograph in good condition.
  • Illustration pages are in smooth paper.
  • Interior is very gently age toned and exhibits some occasional staining including around illustration pages.
  • Upper edges of pages 259-260 and 261-262 have an open tear and crease from publisher defect. (See photos) 
  • Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.
  • Text block edges are moderately age toned and display some scattered marks along fore and lower edges.
  • Upper edge of textblock has bright gilt and shows some dust and slight marks. (See photos)
  • Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
