• Somewhat musty smell upon opening.
• Dark leather binding is dried from age, superficially chipped and cracked, some deep chipping on cover and back boards.
• Spine is separated into six sections, two containing title and Tome I blind stamped, others containing decorative blind embossing.
• Spine is cracked apart from boards but attached to book binding. Spine head and foot are chipped.
• Marble pastedowns are slightly faded.
• Text exterior is black and faded. Interior is clean and tanned with age, minimal foxing.
• Pages are slightly stiff and warped, likely from improper storage in moist environments.
• Pages 107-120 are seperated from binding.
