• Color covers are well-preserved with title in bright gilt on front.
• Covers show some mild to moderate fading and edgewear mostly along upper edges.
• Boards are mostly clean with firm edges.
• Corners are slightly bumped, and rubbed with exposed boards.
• Spine has mildly faded copper-toned text with some wear from various light stains and softened and chipped ends. 
• Binding is secure but not tight at gutter.
• Front hinge is cracked.
• Pastedowns are lightly age-toned mostly on edges.
• Interior is gently age-toned and in great condition with minimal signs of wear including a 1/4" crease on border of page 80.
• Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.
• Front pastedown and ffep have red stamp marks and ball-point pen signature from previous owner. (See photos)
• Front ffep shows considerable damp staining around signature. (See photos)
• Text block edges are gently toned with little wear.
• Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
