The Free Lance Poets and Prose Workshop in association with Wilberforce University presents a collection of three poems by Russell Atkins including The Prelude, Of Angela, The Exoneration, and The Drop of Blood, a poem-play written with musical accompaniment. Following the poems is piece by Atkins titled Egocentrical Projection as Object in EP Perspective plus a  thoughtful afterword by Casper LeRoy Jordan, the former Chief Librarian of Wilberforce University. 79 pages. 5.5" by 8.5".

• Spine includes two staples and exhibits prominent creases though the spine remains firm. 
• Binding is highly secure.
• Contents page exhibits a faint crease to the lower right corner otherwise the interior is free of major signs of age or wear. 
• Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.
• Portions of the text block fore-edge appear rough and uneven which likely occurred at the time of the volume's construction. Please see photos for clarification.
