From 1990 to 2001 Kai Wiedenhöfer lived and photographed the Israeli occupied territories. They opened up to him and allowed him to gain insight into a world that the press generally presents in stereotypes. The photographs tell about the day to day lives of men, women, and children, the victims and warriors of the Intifada, the dogged fight against the occupation. Perfect Peace portrays the hopes and disappointments in a region that will find peace only through mutual understanding.

EPHEMERA: Is included in the back of the book as a 16 page insert, which is a Germans translation of some of the contents.

SIGNED 1ST EDITION: The book as an inscription that was written on the title page in New York on 9/15/04 and signed by the author.
