A VERY GOOD very scarce edition as published by Craig Finley in 1903. Gently darkened red cloth boards feature gilt lettering and illustration. Corners are mildly bumped. Spine features gilt lettering and pushed ends. Interior is lightly age-toned with occasional writing in pencil. All illustrations are intact and clean. Used. A narrative of the campaigns and battles of Berks and Bucks Counties Artillerists in the War of the Rebellion, from the the Battery's organization, September 24, 1861 to its muster out of service, June 13, 1865. 265 pages including battery roster. 6" by 9.5".

Hardback is overall in VERY GOOD condition.

  • Red cloth covers are darkened and scuffed and feature gilt lettering and illustration. 
  • Boards show two indentations to the rear top and outer edges. 
  • Corners are lightly frayed. 
  • Spine has gilt lettering and pushed ends. 
  • Binding is secure..
  • Illustrated endpapers are clean though both the front pastedown and the ffep. show stamps from previous owner. Please see photos. 
  • Front hinge is lightly cracked. Please see photos. 
  • Frontispiece is clean and intact. 
  • Illustrations are clean and intact. 
  • Interior is gently age-toned with occasional foxing. 
  • Pages 83/84, 123/124 are creased and dogeared at top corner. 
  • Gutter is lightly cracked to the following: 113/plate, 128/129. 
  • Page 18 bears writing in pencil to the lower left corner. 
  • Dates written in pencil to the following: 17, 26, 90, 91.
