If you're trying to buy something other than a book or LP:

Are you unable to calculate an amount for domestic shipping for a rug or objet d'art?

  • Our Domestic Shipping is currently restricted to Media Mail.

We are working on a solution. For now, please contact us at info@panoplybooks.com or 609.397.1145 and we'll work with you to finalize a shipping price.



If you're having difficulty buying a book:

Are you clicking the "BUY" button, but the item doesn't show in your shopping cart?

  • Product pages exist for items that are out of stock, but the BUY button is still active.

Unfortunately, if you found an item in our store through an internet search, it may or may not still be available. If you try to put it into the cart, but it does NOT SHOW in the cart, or go to the cart, it may be sold. If it is out of stock, there will be a large block at the top of the listing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.

If you found the item by looking on our website, it should still be available for sale.


If you're having difficulty checking out / finalizing your purchase:

  • PayPal sometimes gets twitchy about small businesses.
